Refund policy

At Uplifted Faith, every item is made specially for you — inspired by faith, created with purpose, and crafted once you place your order. Because of this, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for reasons like wrong size, color, or change of heart. We hope you understand that each piece is made-to-order with love and intention.

However, we always want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there’s a printing issue, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll gladly replace or refund your order.

To start a claim, send us an email with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.
